Belan was out practicing gimpy PKing techniques (as the point of killing is to murder of course, murder need not be honorable!) at a serverwar on Napa Valley.. Now that I've quit I can tell you, glacial staves are way overpowered. :> A fast pet, the paralyze mode on a glacial staff, and the macro to use it is a guaranteed kill no matter who you are up against. Even expert mages (of whom there are none after UO:R it seems) who know to use the harm spell on themselves in such situations cannot cast it in time if the staff is used correctly. :>
