Belan is poking around Deceit and runs into Star (left), Miguel (top), and Ethan (right). This is the first time Belan's seen Star in Deceit since Belan got her killed. Star is asking Miguel to drop a rune so she can recall, not a wise thing to do when Belan's nearby!











Miguel doesn't seem interested..



In fact, he drops another rune for Star! :) Guess what happened to it?



Now Belan has both his bank runes (west and east brit bank). Maybe he will be interested in a purchase now seeing as he is stuck just like Star..



He's pretty determined to not pay Belan, but I doubt he's happy about having no way out of Deceit. ;)
